DMX Spy Lite

The DMX Spy Lite makes universe identification a breeze!

Easily identify the universe of any mystery DMX line - by viewing its universe identifier.

Overview

Connect any DMX512 device via 5 pin XLR to view the universe indicator.

The level of the universe indicator will be displayed as both a percentage % and a decimal (0-255).

Note

DMX Spy Lite can only read the universe indicator (DMX address 512).

If viewing other addresses is required, DMX Spy or DMX Spy Pro is necessary.

If outputting is required, DMX Spy Pro is necessary.

To turn the unit on for a short period:

To turn the unit on for an extended period:

Hold button

Powered via one CR1632 3v lithium battery. (CR1632-CR1612 Compatible.)

Battery clip is marked with battery polarity. (+ to clip, - to board)

Warning

Review printed arrows on device to ensure proper battery removal/installation. Battery clip can be damaged from incorrect installation.
